Naručioci, koji su po Zakonu o javnim nabavkama u obavezi da Upravi za javne nabavke i Državnoj revizorskoj instituciji dostavljaju planove nabavki, izmene planova, izveštaje o izvršenju, kao i kvartalne izveštaje, potrebno je da dokumentaciju dostavljaju isključivo u elektronskoj formi, koristeći softver za planiranje nabavki i kvartalno izveštavanje.

Having published reports on audit of financial statements and compliance audit for 2012, regarding execution of the 2013 Audit Program, and responses to the audit report, the State Audit Institution filed 166 requests for initiating misdemeanor proceedings to the misdemeanor courts, and 17 economic offense charges to the competent prosecutor's offices.
